How long does cabinet painting take?
A typical kitchen runs about a week: doors and hardware off day one, boxes prepped and coated in place, doors sprayed and cured off-site or in a controlled setup, then rehung and aligned. The kitchen stays usable most of the time.
Will painted cabinets chip?
Not if the system is right. We use bonding primers and hard-curing enamels made for cabinetry, the failure stories almost always trace back to wall paint brushed straight onto factory finishes.
Can you paint melamine or thermofoil cabinets?
Usually yes: with the correct bonding primer, melamine and most thermofoil doors take enamel well. We assess the doors during the estimate and tell you honestly if a surface won't hold a finish.
What colours work best in a cottage kitchen?
